Delivery Information
We use Royal Mail to deliver all products ordered through our online store. All orders placed before mid-day (12 o'clock) Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after mid-day Monday will be dispatched the next working day.
Most orders are sent via Royal Mail's First Class and Second Class services but some larger orders may be sent via Royal Mail's Standard Parcel service. This means most orders will take 3-4 working days to arrive. For more information, please contact us

Returns

- Any returned product(s) must be received by us in the same condition as they were when we dispatched them
- Returned product(s) must be un-used
- Any packaging that has been opened must be un-damaged and in a condition where it is suitable for re-sale
- The customer is responsible for P&P on all returns
